How do I submit my design file? +
Email your design to info@theswagman.us. We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, and EPS formats. If you don't have a finished design, describe your idea and we can help create one.
How long does production take? +
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days of proof approval. Rush orders are often available — just mention your deadline in the quote form and we'll do our best.
Can you create a design from scratch? +
Yes — we can design from scratch or refine your existing artwork. Custom design fees may apply depending on complexity. Ask us when you request a quote.
Is there a minimum order quantity? +
No hard minimum. We handle orders of all sizes, from a single patch to thousands of pieces. Pricing per unit improves with higher quantities.
Why do you turn orders around so quickly? +
Because everything is done right here in the USA. We don't send files overseas to be embroidered. In-house production means we control every step and can move fast.
What file types do you accept? +
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS all work. Higher resolution files produce better results. If you only have a low-res image, let us know and we'll advise.
Do you offer refunds? +
Because all orders are custom-made, we don't offer standard returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a production error, we will remake it at no charge.
Can you embroider onto items I send you? +
In most cases, yes. We can embroider onto garments or accessories you provide. Contact us first to confirm compatibility with your specific item.
