How do I submit a file?

You will email the file to us and depending on which service you elect we will discuss further.

What is the turn around time until i get my order to my house?

Times vary but depending on the quantity you should hav eyour order witin a week or two?

How do you turn things around so quickly?

Thats simple, because we do our work here in the USA and dont send the files to Chine to be embroidered.

Can you do custom designs?

Yes but it also depends on the space around the surface. Please ask before we start a job.

Do you offer refunds?

unfortunately we do not due to the nature of the product and service we offer. Most of what we do is customized so its not like we can resell it to someone else. In the event that something is damaged we could make exceptions for this.
